Refund policy

We want you to love every sip of your Long Rays mixers. Because our products are consumables, we can only accept returns or offer refunds in very limited situations.

We only accept returns if the product is:

• Faulty
• Damaged on arrival
• Incorrect due to our packing error

If something arrives broken, leaking or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund you, whatever’s fastest.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Dislike of taste
• Ordering the wrong product
• Products that have been opened or partially consumed
• Delays caused by the courier

Delivery issues

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbours or building management first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help lodge an investigation with the courier.
